This area of trading will make you the most money -- but you will also see the greatest competition here.

It is generally considered fair to pay someone half the "referral value" for going green. To find the referral value on a site, divide the prize you will get by the number of refs required.  So if the prize is $120 for 3 green referrals, then the ref value would be $40, and you would pay someone $20 to do the site.

That is a little bit oversimplified. Because there is so much competition in this arena, traders are adding bonuses in order to get more business. So you will need to keep an eye open for what others are paying, and adjust what you pay accordingly.
